All Sales Are Final (Except for Apparel Exchanges)

No Refunds or Returns (Except for Apparel Exchanges)
- All purchases made through XTYLES & Co. are final.
- We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services.
- However, we allow exchanges for apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, joggers) under specific conditions.
Apparel Exchange Policy (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Joggers, etc.)
If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Exchanges:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size or color of the same item. If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted. Multiple exchanges for the same item are not allowed.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchanges.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.
Exchange Process:

- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion.

- A photo proof of the defect or error is required.
- If approved, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Shipping Responsibility
Incorrect Address:

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
