All Sales Are Final (Except for Apparel Exchanges)

No Refunds or Returns (Except for Apparel Exchanges)

  • All purchases made through XTYLES & Co. are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services.
  • However, we allow exchanges for apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, joggers) under specific conditions.

Apparel Exchange Policy (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Joggers, etc.)

If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size or color of the same item. If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted. Multiple exchanges for the same item are not allowed.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

Exchange Process:

  2. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the exchange is due to an error on our part.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion.

Conditions for Replacements:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • A photo proof of the defect or error is required.
  • If approved, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Shipping Responsibility

Incorrect Address:

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
